Customer Care Officer

Job description

You are the main point of contact for our customers and work closely with our Account Managers on a daily basis, ensuring that all customer questions and requests are handled smoothly and efficiently. With your strong organisational skills and customer-focused approach, you contribute to high customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to order and delivery
• Discuss customer requests with the Product Development team
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, orders and complaints
• Monitor delivery times and keep customers informed
• Anticipate customer needs and turn enquiries into orders
• Work in an international environment

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Languages or Office Management, or equivalent experience
• Good spoken and written proficiency in German and Dutch (knowledge of English and French is a plus)
• Your main motivation: ensuring customer satisfaction
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn. At alsico, we are happy to train our employees

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
