alsico supports education in Madagascar with school aprons
Education has the power to change communities from within. It gives children the confidence to grow, families the hope of new opportunities and local communities the foundations for a stronger future. Together with UWS Madagascar, alsico donated 6.000 school aprons to support children in the southwestern region of Madagascar. The aprons will be used by children in local schools, contributing to a supportive learning environment.

The donation was made at the request of UWS Madagascar, an organisation working to improve access to education in remote and underserved communities.
For the children receiving them, the aprons are part of everyday school life. They help create a shared identity in the classroom and give them a greater sense of dignity, belonging and readiness to learn.
It is practical support, but with a meaningful impact: helping schools create the conditions where children can focus on learning and building their future.
